Hwee fell in love with the low impact workout of Yoga Asana (which was gentle for her teenage injured spine). With multiple injuries in her life, it led to her become an alignment focused Yoga instructor & Reiki Healer. Through her personal experience of managing her injuries & pain, she is even more mindful in giving variations and modifications for all body types during asana practice.
Wanting to know yoga beyond the physical aspects (Asanas), she went to one of the oldest yoga school in world, G.S. College of Yoga and Cultural Synthesis, Kaivalydham in Lonavla, Pune, India in 2017 and attained her Hatha Yoga teaching certifications from both Kaivalydham and Quality Council of India (QCI) by Indian Yoga Association.

Yoga Yoga is a way of life, we will be focusing on bring awareness to our body, learning to be aware of how we feel & connecting with ourselves. All levels including beginners & inflexible are welcome. We have variations for all body types, so please don't worry. Expect a long, nice relaxation at the end of every class! Yoga sessions type:
Basic: Slow & detailed, focusing on the right alignment & proper engagement of muscles, providing modification for different body types & holding each postures for longer time.
Stretch: Active stretches for the entire body, increasing length & flexibility in our muscles.
Hatha: Still detailed & focusing on right alignment, advancing from the Basic sessions.
Flow: Dynamic yoga sequences (still mindful about alignment), good as cardio. Suitable for regular practitioners.
Prenatal yoga: A semi-Private & intimate session (max 4 pax) for expecting mothers in 2nd & 3rd Trimester. In the session, we will practise deep breathing & relaxation to prepare for birth, Equip you with knowledge to self practice. (We are not doing so much of exercise/workout/toning, that can come after birth. But we will strengthen inner thigh, abs & pelvic floor to compensate the weakness through pregnancy)
